Formula DartE is supposed to be a “different car” in many ways
• At first it will be a specifically designed full-electric car, not a
converted one, and it will have no need to look like conventional cars, neither
a family sedan nor a traditional 2-seater sports car
• Since its original purpose is to be a « very small series »
car -in the indicative range of 30 cars/year-, it has no need to please everybody,
it will be dedicated to original cars’ amateurs
• Formula DartE will be able to provide occasional high performance driving,
rather in acceleration and curves than on long highway straights
• But first of all it will be a « recreation » car, its owner
enjoying it in some manner like a motorcycle, not only thanks to a pleasant
drive and preserved contact with the exterior, but also as a joyful and pleasant
adult’s toy, easy to « work » around for cleansing, tuning,
and maintaining
• Formula DartE is said to be a 2.5 seater, since it provides two comfortable
enough seats for the driver and a passenger, plus a small additional room for
an occasional passenger , children, or baggage
• The car will be rather narrow ( limited front area), long, and light
• External look will be quite « different », due to unconventional
ratios between length, width and height in comparison with common cars, and
due to unconventional………….., among other original technical
and aesthetical features
• Formula DartE will not be an expensive concept-car, but a reasonably-priced
-if not cheap- “third” or “fourth” car, aimed for pleasure
drives
• The indicative aim is to carefully assemble 50 high quality EVs/year
